It shouldn't matter. The issue with the buffer overflow is caused by a missing low end LOD.

Tip: Couldn't look at your code yet, but remember to not make them follow you at ALL times, or they will have trouble with combat.

Fighting a ninja in old China.
The model is huge, there are lots of areas that we can play in, even on the roof of one building.
I've been playing with this model and little here and there. Someday, I'll get this level done. Lot's of work needs to be, making BNVs, Oni crashes when moving in certain parts of the model, texture issues, etc. One texture problem is that the ground is using Google's satellite image of the Forbidden City, so it lacks detail.

I doubt GOW cover would matter much in Oni since gunplay is second class in Oni's combat. With the exception of a few levels where the Syndicate really lays down the fire *cough*puzzlepieces*cough*
Unless of course someone is making a mod more centered on gunplay.
