Sorry to burst your bubble, but we can't make new levels yet. You might think you saw a new level called Hexagon, but that was never more than a test. We can't generate pathfinding grids yet when importing levels, therefore the AI simply stands around and does nothing unless something comes within punching distance (speaking loosely here).
That's why the OniSplit GUI does not support importing levels, because it's really not a working feature in OniSplit yet.
P.S.: That link doesn't work.

The levels look pretty awesome man.
Yeah, it may not be possible to make pathfinding for enemies, but that's tougher than just making levels anyway. If it's possible to upload models as new levels, we should definitely do that out to see what kinds of environments could make for cool and interesting gameplay, if nothing else.
If we don't change the direction we're going, we'll likely end up where we're headed.

i thought it would be nice to have OTA on ships =]

I think it's important for me to say here that, although some of us in the community use sites such as TurboSquid to find free models to work with, we always credit the source of these models. We don't work with models that we don't know the source of, because we need to know that the model is under a free license and because we just generally try to be ethical in giving credit to the original creator.
As far as giving instructions for importing a level manually, I don't know if anyone is willing to take the time to explain it from scratch. Suffice to say that it is very complicated. Probably the best use of time for everyone involved would be for you to wait for a tool that does it automatically.

Yes, a Russian guy made the model. As I recall, setting up the level for import into the game took the combined effort of four or five people before it was finally in decent shape. It took a lot of conversation and messing with XML to make it happen.
But some day OniSplit will complete this feature, and then we will be able to write a nice, simple tutorial about it and add support for level importing to the GUIs.

demos works on the GUI. Neo works on the nasty import\export stuff.

Wrong "only one", Neo is the One. Ha ha, I always wanted to say that. Anyway, Neo makes OniSplit.
