Those are instructions for an older version of the AE. The new instructions would just say "download the mod package and place in Edition/install/packages, then run the Installer and add that mod". But we don't have that mod in a package yet.

I recommend that you wait for someone to make it into a mod package. We only released the new AE this month, and so we still have to convert older mods to the package format that the Installer uses.
