The model was created by geyser, the eyes were done by coool and the rest of the textures are my fault!
I sort of envision her as a new enemy... I'm working on giving her combat moves from Muro, Fury, Ninja and other Syndicate forces. One day, I'll post a video...
Hopefully, this will encourage others to start thinking of how we can create new characters by mixing and matching existing body parts.

so you just used blender? is there any other work needed like coding or something?

BH: I use both blender and Cheetah3D. I like Cheetah3D since I can open several windows and copy and paste between them, blender cannot.
To create the Motoko body, it is a simple matter of exchanging body parts, then modifying the textures to make the new outfit.
You will need to use the terminal to issue the commands to OniSplit to extract and create the .oni files. (At least until I finish Anniversary Edition Tools, a GUI for Onisplit. This is whatt I have planned: http://wiki.oni2.net/AE_talk:Anniversary_Edition_Tools)
At first, it may seem difficult to modify, create 3D character models for Oni, but once you learn how, its not that hard. (One day, I'll try to write a tutorial) In the meantime, look at this page: http://wiki.oni2.net/AE:Importing_character_models

I think that's about as close as we can get without actually re-modeling any of the body parts that were mixed together. Just for the record, I would be glad to work on a custom-made Motoko model at some point, being a serious GitS fan. That probably wouldn't be until after two or three other existing characters get a little work done on them. But that's assuming you want to get closer to Motoko's actual appearance, and not just have a character that is a tribute to the Motoko inspiration for Konoko.

You improved the hair, most notably. And corrected the eye color. The side-by-side really makes for an interesting comparison. I didn't realize Motoko was taller than Konoko, but I think that makes sense.

I've seen the movie. That's very interesting
But I wonder: what is Motoko 'running_kick_throw'?
As you can see in the begin of the movie, Motoko is running to the blond girl and make Tankers' 'kick_forward_throw' (I don't think that was Motoko's ''kick_fw_throw' because she's running and she don't have time to stop to make a 'forward_throw', does she?). But in the second time (after the male cop has died), she made Furies' 'running_kick_throw' on the blond girl.

Think of Motoko as early beta, there is always room for improvement (Combat moves, textures, actual 3D model), hopefully, the community can help out.
One thing to remember is that I envision Motoko as an enemy, so I mainly used enemy combat moves, however, there are still animations that are for Konoko (such as idle, jump landing and so on, these should also be changed), since I used her files as the basis.
love_Oni: I guess Motoko had time to stop to execute the TRAMTANCOMthrow_fw_k move. :-)

paradox-01: cool, thanks, like I said there is lots of room for improvements.
Did you notice that Motoko can jump higher and fall a greater distance without losing health points?
I changed some of the numbers in the Physics section of the ONCC.
