However, Take Two declined the offer....but EA will keep trying. With Microsoft owning Bungie (company that developed Oni), and EA (soon) owning Take Two (company that owns Oni), maybe there is a future for Oni?

Hm. Indeed, that would be a sorta breakthrough (although the details of the agreement between MS and EA don't really cover joint development right now).
In any case, the possibility of an official sequel only means that we guys ought to make a quality statement, so that Oni 2 lives up to what Oni has become.
Behold the power of that which is yet unborn! For the swirling images that flow forth from the Chrysalis are only a shadow of the sleeper's true power.

Wow, Take-Two just wanted to wait until April to sell out, er, I mean, have talks with EA, but EA just won't wait. (Wonders how much it would cost to just buy Oni from Take-Two.)
