Mac version sound issues

Sometimes one can notice absence some of voices, effects, etc. After going to the main menu and back (Esc - Esc) all the didnt-play sounds play all at once. Usually this happens after loading saved games in the beginning of next level, but it can also happen during intense fights with a lot of enemies. One in a while this happens even to the main menu music.

Seems like a buffer issue (though I'm not keen on low-level programming).

macOS 10.12.4, Oni 1.21, Intel HD 5000, the only command line option is -novideos

Re: Mac version sound issues

I wonder if any other Mac users have had this happen, since I've never noticed this.  Are you playing regular Oni or AE Oni?  If you can give a specific example of a save point where this happens consistently, it would help.  Are you playing full-screen, and what resolution is Oni in?

Regular Oni.

Pretty much any save point, sometimes even Konoko's footsteps are absent after the save load.

Full-screen, 1440x900

Hmm, I tried to replicate your situation, and can't get it to happen for me.

Sorry for the delay, here's a video: _https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAaDku2EeWk

Loading the same save point three times was the easiest way to reproduce.

Hmm, I see.  Thanks for the video, this is helpful.  I'll look into this soon.
