Hey Oni folks! I'm new. Sorry if this has been asked before or is answered somewhere obvious.
Basically I'm wondering if there's a way to export a character from Oni (say, Konoko), with their skeleton and animation sequences, to some common format. I've got as far as exporting Konoko as an .obj, which is fine, but I can't do any animation stuff with that and before I delved too far into it I thought I'd just ask. This is not with a view to ever re-importing the assets back into Oni - I basically just want to mess around with them in another engine.
Thanks!

Here's a tutorial on exporting animations as .DAE and modifying them in XSI: http://oni.bungie.org/community/forum/v … hp?id=1433
I don't know how to play with those animations anywhere else than XSI though. But someone around here will surely know

XSI is able to export stuff to FBX format, which currently is a common thing for a lot of software.
