..........Okay, so I went to Utah for a while. Boring, bad skiing conditions, Mormon swarm, etc.
I come back and start playing Oni. Everything seems the same. I'm running the good ol' simple first-to-100-frags no-special-features OTAs. Syndicate Mountain Compound's OTA works, as does the TCTF HQ (Redux) one and the ACC (interior) one. I've never had to edit anything in the script for it to work.
I run Oni again the next day and everything's changed. For some reason, there are explosions everywhere in all of my OTA games. Everyone keeps spawning with a random weapon.
Now, I can easily go through the script and edit out the weapons, and I'll do that when I have a bit of free time (semester exams coming up next week), but that's not the point. The point is that it changed randomly while I did nothing.
Would anyone care to explain how scripts could possibly change that drastically without any outside influence aside from running the game once?

Obviously, the Syndicate got tired of losing and sent in Mukade to hack your computer...

I doubt Mukade's been trained to hack Mac Minis from decades before his time.

Or you used different savepoint accidentally ^_^

Yeah, you're probably using a version where the savepoint affects the weapon mode.
