Guys the package has been updated today 4/10/2012 the update is necessary to resolve an issue if Hanako is spawned as an AI
if you don't apply the update when she's spawned as AI the model will be full of gaps and looks horrible

I set up a fight between Hanako and Motoko, using the updated MeleeID 122 for Hanako. Same health level for both. Hanako loses each fight. However, when I had Hanako's MeleeID as 22, she would beat Motoko each time.
It could be I'm doing something wrong, I added your BINACJBOMelee Profile to my city level, so that shouldn't be an issue.

mmm interesting .. do you have any other mods that might be affecting the melee profiles ? maybe they're affecting it somehow if they're put in level0_Final though they shouldn't if you localized it in the level you're using ... (brutal AI, brutal konoko, smart barabas, boss level all contain melee profiles)
to make sure she's using the right profile .. activate developer mode and then press ctrl + alt + b .. it should show the techniques being used, keep an eye for what hanako is using .. it should say something like dragon claw, trick kick, cyclone kick etc (these are some of what i named the techniques) ... and that the melee profile is called hayate.
But konoko's melee has more blocking chance than i gave hayate\hanako but i gave them more dodging, don't know if this will have a big effect.
btw i re-updated the pack there was a bug with one of the escape moves.

A 7th outfit added for Hanako : A modern \ jacket outfit that goes with hayate's jacket outfit.

p.s part of the chest texture was made by Vicious Reilly for the older version of motoko, I didn't want it to go to waste.

VERSION 2.0 UPDATE on 22/02/2022
-Added a new yellow \ Mortal Kombat inspired outfit.
-Gave her new sounds for taunts, super punch and kick, forward punch, hurt and death sounds, in addition to alert, startle, pursue and check body sounds.
-Remade her white outfit (previously it was just a recolor of her Chun Li outfit).
-Remade her suit outfit (previously the purple rose outfit).
-Textures and model improvements on all outfits. (Facial texture update, hairstyle changes, etc...)
-Gave her a custom Flying Portrait.
Can be used in cutscenes using HANAtalking
-Each outfit now has different contrails and hit impact. (Using vanilla ones)

Technical changes:
-The ONCV is now included in the package and patched into the ONVL.
-Particle count reduction from 10 custom particles to 2. (By eliminating the custom contrail and hit impact, but keeping the custom chenille)
-Polygon reduction on all models, and now all models have lower lods.
-Left over glass particle references were removed from all Trams.

Change Log
Complete rework of her moveset.
=New Combos with new animations added:
-PPKK: a powerful move that does Half damage if blocked, with a stylish landing that leaves you a bit vulnerable to balance it out.
-PKK and PKP moves: 1st is high damage blockable, 2nd is lower damage but a block breaker.
- Back Forwad Punch: NUTCRACKER! Inspired by MK's Johnny Cage's nut cracker move, causes hitjewels effect and now also affects females with a custom hit effect animation.
-Right and Left forwad kicks (Twister Kicks): Dodge and attack at same time.
=New animations for existing combos:
-New triple punch,
-New triple kick,
-New forward, running, and directional punches
-New forward and running kick.
-NEW THROWS: back throw, running punch throw, standing kick and standing punch throws.
-New Heavy Punch - 2 hit move with long range (Dragon Fury).
-Low punch: a quick 2 hit move.
-Low kick.
-New DODGE animations.
-New taunt animation.
-Heavy kick now hits twice.
Adjusted the volume on Hanako's Heavy kick move
Slight changes to Hanako's red outfit and jacket outfit.
