Just wondering did you change anything for the head? Cause if not I might just do a quick edit on the hair so their not blocks, I think it looks kind of weird for them to just be blocks.

I think I remember hearing there was a poly reduction or something, if so that's good I can add more to the hair to shape it more.

yes i did several changes, the original head u posted had a high poly count which in game caused buffer overflows and screen flickering and at times crashed the game.

I had to reduce the poly and vertices count .. i did that by deleting some strips of hair from the back, removing the eye lashes, and merging some vertices at the lower side of the chin\neck, top of the head and back of the head ...
I also had to invert and merge some polygons of the hair in the back cz they weren't showing textures except from 1 side.

but i really advice u not to add much more polygons or vertices cz it may fail to import successfully into the game, it's already on the edge of the polygon\vertices limit.

also I hope u consider some of the other suggestions :$ Jamie and Motoko heads in particular :$

Samer: Cool Cool, I'll leave it at that, I was actually thinking of just making my own original characters. Also seeing the Konoko HD it got me interested in making HD versions but I just need to talk to like EDT or something about what limitations I need to take into consideration etc.

Nevermind... the computer is no longer with us, that kick combo is no more. Hella glad I got most of my animations up on Dropbox, so those are still safe.

Lapis: The basic limitations are 1024 vertices per body part.  Single sided polygons will be invisible when you look at the back face.  No transparency with the textures. Low polygon version is needed to prevent buffer overflows.

Can someone think of a super kick for Sarai ?
if you have any videos or images of a move suitable for a super kick .. Or if one of our animators can make her something ... I'd appreciate it. It's about time I release this mod, but I'm stuck on her super moves.

What about a lightning kick, where her legs are kicking so fast that they are a blur, but the upper body remains steady or not blurred in motion.

That sounds good, (won't use motion blur though cz of the buffer thing on sarai) I have thought of something similar when I saw your motoko's heavy punch ... But i think this move lightning kick would better suit the hydra whose supposed to be a strong quick kicker.
