I don't know if you're drawing it from scratch or not, but it looks good. What you should try is making a regular GIF out of it, make her open and close mouth. See if it looks good, then try to import it into Oni.

Also, if you manage to get it to work in-game, talk to me about animating a mouth before you get into doing it too much. I've had some experience in Flash, but the concept should be the same. I could save you alot of time and trouble wink

I'm not sure if TXMPs alone support animations, but in the GIF you should make this sequence: "ABCB" instead of: "ABC"

Good job, but what I meant was: A B C D C B A... you did: A B C D A (A being the first picture, D being last, with mouth open)

FYI: I converted Knox's textures into an animated TXMP, however, the avatar does not animate in the cutscene sad

Frankly, without the ability to programmatically control which frames are being displayed using something like BSL, it's not going to be of any use.
