Cool beans. Incidentally, this is a good demo for the rag-doll physics. Playing HL 2 recently, I was noticing the rag dolls are much better in your game because they try to respect the skeleton. I guess that's the difference I read about, between the last-gen physics and modern physics.
I did notice that the grabbed object can jump around a lot as Konoko turns, a side effect of using this weapon in a third-person game instead of first-person. I guess the only way to fix that would be to give it some "inertia" and allow the connection between the gun and the object to be angled or curved so that it can take its time to float back in front of Konoko when she turns. But obviously this is a quick demo, as you said, so it's a great start.
