Your_Mom: Cool!  I don't know why it crashes on the outside arena.  Any crashes on the other arenas?

As for line breaks: Mom, you should definitely get PSPad.
I don't use it all the time, but it comes in handy often.

geyser: I knew about the "blam for no reason", that's why I used the HQfixed version and I reduced the number of flags and selected the ones that were closer to each other.  So I thought that issue was fixed and these crashes were related to something else.  Because sometimes it would crash a minute into the game, other times it would crash after playing much longer.

Obviously, it was the same issue with the cache, after I applied the patch from the other thread, no more crashes.

EDIT: Or maybe not... I got a crash in the Outside arena even after the patch...

Hmmm...I already have the daodan DLL installed...oh wait never mind.
I'll try again.

EDIT: that patch did it. No more bLAM! but there are a few flags which are different in Mac and PC...whcih means *sigh* I have to root them out.
EDIT2: dang, all problems on my original list...*sigh* what was that line again to show your location?

Yes, I have. The thing its level-specific, so I probably need to use the menu flag browser to write down the flags again.

I recently downloaded OTA1.1 for the rooftops arena. When i enter the game, players keep on entering the arena, but all i saw was my allies. None  enemies. Also, i just found out that the sniper characters, n me as well, can't be killed. I've tried jumping off the edge, but i just kept going down, down, down...... What's happening? Bug..?

@ Mom: ZDLO has been updating his oni2.net folder with more flag viewers.
Right now there are 12 out of 14 levels covered (2298 out of 2771 flags: 82.93%)

Enjoy. If you want/need to browse flags from Oni Menu, let me remind you of:

@ EdT: Please don't get mystical; all Mac versions are guaranteed to work on PC.
BTW, maybe add the Mac versions to the wiki page, or put a big link to your page.

@ azewrath: Whenever you're having trouble with a mod, please provide as much information as possible.
The numbering of OTA releases has been a bit fuzzy so far, so be sure to provide the URL you DLd from.
Also make sure you've read the README and are doing everything according to the instructions smile

Make sure that the arena scripts from the download are the only scripts that Oni can see.
That is, don't mix original scripts with arena scripts or scripts belonging to different OTAs.

If you gave the WIP Bio-Research Lab OTA a try (2.0 preview from the old thread), that might be the problem.
Note that this rather messy preview has a few scripts in the "global" folder. That's a new core I was trying out.
The "global" logic has a few functions that will interfere with other, non-global OTAs, no matter what the level.

Let us know if that was your problem. If it wasn't, please describe your actual problem in detail (URLs etc).

I never tested Mom's port for Dream Diver (shame on me), but I guess he'd have noticed if there was a problem with Evil Konoko "not moving".

FYI, i don't follow the readme instruction that ask me 2 create another folder. i just merely dump the whole compressed file contents into the original folder. i kinda lost hope in following that cause each time i do that, nothing happens 2  the level. tongue

as i said, each time i enter the arena, all i see are my allies. there are no baddies xcept those originally from the level. And in the rooftop level, you have all this weaponless sniper that comes with the arena characters. well, i found out that i can't kill them. after unleashing my fury on them for not being able 2 play a new OTA, i jumped down from the building. however, i just kept falling n falling. meaning i don't die. "LIVEFOREVER" on. Duh

hope all this info is enough!! smile

Maybe you should make a new folder. The OTA scripts and the basic scripts probably conflict, not such a good idea.
And there's a lot of messy stuff in my ported versions regarding team names, sorry...

This has the added feature of the Exploding Bomber!
