random question about cutsense.....

random question about cutsense.....
how do u make it ?

i think on the level 2 (putting the guns out to that lady ) i think she should put the gun out point to giffin on level 7 starter  sad

cut-scenes are not that easy to make to be covered by a simple answer :\

one thing u can do is check the bsl and try to make a cutscene by modifying an existing one .

kinda like Leus did with his survival script or final battle

... regarding the second part of ur post .. absolutely no idea what u said neutral

I don't know what exactly you're asking either, but I would suggest starting off by reading http://wiki.oni2.net/BSL .  After that, you can learn a lot by studying the BSL:Functions and BSL:Variables pages, as well as by studying existing scripts in Oni's IGMD folder.

Ah, that was a script by IfD.  I can't find it for download anywhere, so I'll just upload a .zip of it for now.  Maybe later someone can package it, after this next AE release, and put it on the Depot.

Dream:  All you'd have to do would be to figure out what the animation name is of Konoko drawing a pistol then tell her to animate it at some point in the BSL during that cutscene.  Also you'd have to give her a pistol in BSL.  All very easy, I'd assume.

Part of the reason why that scutscene 'worked' was because the original script gave Konoko a pistol and 'forced' her to holster it before the script cutscene. In actual fact modifying cutscenes isn't too hard - most of the animations are commented on in the BSL coding (eg. the writer puts a note that this action is meant to happen at a particular time). Part of cutscene writing is understanding how 'sleep' interacts with animations and camera angles, but because BSL plays every line as soon as it gets to it 'sleep' is used to allow the visual aspect of the cutscene to play out without being cut off by the coding. If you want some help with a cutscene I might be able to help you.

About One Tiny Mistake, I thought that you could still download the script from its download link in the original topic back on page 5? Mind you, I still don't understand why that OTM cutscene was so popular. Maybe because I wrote it, but still... I still think that geysers' 'suprise' script is one of the best custom cutscenes made. If no-one has an uploaded version on one of those sites I can upload it here.

I managed to find that 'suprise' script geyser wrote. It's not so much of a script as it is a cutscene, but I have to admit that I still like it. It goes in the 'neuro' folder.
