I'll be working on several new characters
so this topic is to discuss them with u guys , I'll post updates and maybe ask for help
the list of characters planned:
-BGI executives
-More unique Grey Fury with regeneration
- Mutated normal muro ( the normal muro who has undergone incomplete mutation ... same size and moves as normal but gained the supershield and electric manipulation and maybe the earthquaker move... and maybe his skin changed)
-A new variant of Mad Bomber who explodes when he takes even slightest damage but his explosion is much bigger .
-Leus's idea of a hydra character, and a Hammer character
here's what i got so far I plan on giving him comguy's head set .. once i figure out how to do that with XSI D: ! or eventually i'll just draw it on xD
there will be four variants of him with different hair colors ...
one will be wearing sunglasses, & one will have more technology implanted into him
again requires me knowing a little more XSI
his eyes are supposed to be technologically manipulated, that's why they have reflection.
even though they'll rarely fight, doesn't mean they don't know how to ... I'm planning on giving them very brutal swift moves.

I have a feeling that this thread will get unwieldy if we try to use it to talk about all those different characters as you make them. Are you sure you don't want to devote this just to BGI, and a later thread to other characers as you get to them?
Anyway, good start with the BGi guys. Where did you get that texture from, did you actually recreate it from the old screenshots? If so, nice work. I will give you your first constructive criticism on the project, though :0), which is that his eyes are a combination of being too far apart and too close to the edges of his face. In fact the pupil and iris are not centered in the eye in a way that makes them look like they are focused straight ahead, so he looks wall-eyed.

I wouldn't say that the execs need to look evil as in, "Muahaha", but they should look stern, so they can be menacing, as you said.

I didn't plan to make him look evil ... he's supposed to be diplomatic right ? that's what the wiki said ... I thought he should look like a nice guy whose looks deceive his true nature... but yeah maybe he looks too good I can make him frown a bit ... I was going for a scary blank look cold expression
Iritscen yeah i recreated the textures from the old ones one by one
i didn't change the position of the eyes in the process but i can bring them nearer ...
regarding the pupil I meant to make them look weird and robotic ... like make it seem they are electronic and not real eyes.
and yeah I'll discuss all these characters cz I'll release them together and I'm working on all of them at the same time ^_^

make the eyes a tad smaller and closer together, he looks all out creepy like that, in that friendly sorta creepy way
but the rest of the boy is well done

I like the stone blank expression idea but for some reason this face looks slightly smiley.
If we don't change the direction we're going, we'll likely end up where we're headed.

actually i'll ask u guys again :
does he look creepy with a blank dead-fish expression (as Phydur put it) and still looks like a possibly nice guy
that's what i was going for
if he doesn't and just looks normal or funny i'll change him
or if u think he better look like a mean guy like muro. i can do that too
P.S : the last thing I want to do is make him look like a normal human like scientists or com-guys
ALSO : his eyes have reflection ! u know like mukades's armor super glow reflection so what u're seeing in the eye isn't totally the pupil and iris, part of it is from the reflection :s

He looks smily for no reason. I dont know why. maybe its his skin texture? He looks normal to me

I must admit he doesn't look dangerous. Maybe smaller eyes helps, compare with Muro.

he's based on the same texture of the previous AE bgi excutive = scientist with black hair
his head is using also the same mesh : the scientist with black hair
I just removed the wrinkles gave him a brighter skin, didn't change the position or size of anything including the eyes ! just made them green instead of white gave them reflection and added black lines radiating from the pupil so they look electronic.
btw shapeshift to the scientist and tell me if his eyes are far apart too !
but as i said i can tweak ... make his lips more mean looking and frown and add some wrinkles here and there ... i was going for the stiff robotic zombie like look ... i guess that didn't work xD
ALSO compare examine the above photo the before and after that are next to each other u'll see the differences ... and similarities

ok here comes the me asking for help part ^_^
I'm trying to change the color of hit impacts - flash for another character
i searched in the particles folder for BINA3RAPh2h_redflash_* ( e* & p*)
edited them all in xml changing the tint value, and the links to the names
named the files BINA3RAPh2h_grnflash_*
edited the TRAM of the move and changed the impact to grnflash1 instead of redflash1 and modified the TRAC to link to this new move
my question is regarding the ONCC
how should i change it ?

when i only changed redflash1 to grnflash1 nothing happened the same color of the impact yellow remained (i want it to become green)

Continue with changing the ONIE file and Impt creating. This tutorial didn't shipped because TRAM part was going to change and I wouldn't be there anymore. But I'm sure you will get the idea.
