Actually, there is already some work being done on that very idea. EdT is working on it at the moment, revising her moveset.

You have to press F8 while in dev mode (using "thedayismine" or "x" cheat) or shapeshifter mode ("shapeshifter") to scroll through the models. She will probably be at the front or the back. (Press shift+F8 to scroll backwards).
Generally, Windows modelers use XSI. Just curious: Do you know how to model?

Now...any way to make that pistol she wields in the GITS SAC 1st gig 1st episode? I mean,that pistol is really smexy,compared to the pistol-with-a-huge-black-cinder-block-in-the-top-abomination-called-campbell ( No offence to the people that like that pistol..It's just my opinion. )
And no,I can't make models. I've got some friends that CAN model,however.

Just about any will work, though Collada (.dae) is preferred.

Heh, some of us use Blender, it can't be avoided sometimes. It does save DAEs, although they are often bugged. Make sure your friend selects "Disable Physics" and "Current Scene Only" when exporting to .dae.

You need several muscles for mimic. That means you need also a elastic surface so that the expression can be shown.
Now she becomes injured from someone who fought her with a dagger or something and cut her face. She receives a new order: helping a purple-headed freak, no time to visit her favorite beauty shop...
I say if EdT want to give her scars then it is his business.

I got the idea of the from Rurouni Kenshin. If/when Motoko actually becomes am official part of AE, then I can remove the scar.

Um,the character itself is great,I'm just saying,in my opinion,it would look better without the cross and with a darker hair color. Like a dark purple.
