How about changing the "Turn your self in" taunt into "Pathetic". There is such a taunt by the black ops, when they kill you. I even found it in sound files - 11958-c18_73_13blackopsswat.aif.SNDD

I think the taunts you refer to are played randomly (except in cutscenes).

Actually, they aren't. I'm not sure where that clip comes from.

If you have Oni unpacker you can find it. I tried to just rename the files but then Oni wouldn't play them at all for some odd reason beyond my comprehension. The "Pathetic" phrase is used by both Black ops and the TCTF heavy trooper when they win a fight. But their normal Taunt is "Turn yourself in" which you get by pressing ctrl. (or other taunt key)
