AE does not start AT ALL!

I am a Oni veteran but an AE noob, I recently installed AE7, I followed setup instructions, an successfully installed  the system I my /Oni folder. However, it does not say "Edition" but AE, it included the GameData folder, AEinstaller, and a tools folder.

Running Win7 Home Premium 64bit, TOSHIBA Satellite C655D, AMD C-50 1.00 GHz processor, 2.00 GB memory.

Script debug is blank, Oddly though, I do not have a globalization folder.
When I attempt to run it, the screen goes black as if it's loading, than after approximately 4-6 seconds it returns to desktop without any message.
I need:
1. a exact precise and EXTREMELY detailed installation and operating instructions. ( I mean EXTREMELY detailed, Being in the Army, I kinda got accustomed to very detailed instructions.)
2. need to know how to globalize and operate the installer, I know how to install mods, but the app itself is somewhat complicated to me.
3. If I need to uninstall both the vanilla and AE versions let me know.

Any help would be appreciated, Oni was my first ps2 game, and after I played it for the first time, I literally fell in love with Konoko, she inspired me to join the army, to be a badass like her (a male version of her.). Thank you for your attention, and time.

Hi there, what you can do for us is go under the AE Installer's Help menu and choose "Request help...".  That will email Alloc and I all of your AE logs.  The startup.txt only tells us that Oni isn't finding level data that is correctly built, but the other logs will let us know what went wrong with installation which led to this.

byproducts are fine, but where's the beef?

I will try that, thank you, however, do not expect the globalization log, can't find it in the folder, maybe it wont be sent, I appreciate the help, remember I will need to know if I need to reinstall everything and if so, a detailed instruction on who to properly install the game and the AEI. and again thank you for your quick reply.
