s10k I thought you did this before hayate files should have been removed form the package and a dependency added on casey, hayate, hanako and golden tctf the one being downloaded now through the AEinstaller still has the hayate files in it overwriting any updates to the hayate package and doesn't have a dependency or Unlock level flag in the mod.cfg .. did you change it ?

Alloc I see you did some changes to file attachments on that nod you probably deleted the updated one and kept the old one :\

so Edt or s10k if you have the 2.0 format of the package that doesn't have the hayate files, the dependency and unlock and mac\windows sounds please reupload it the current one is the old version (this would explain why some users on fb have been having trouble finding it in the level list as well)

while you're at it tongue i'd appreciate if you used this melee profile too (should be put in level24_Final not level0_Final) and gave casey melee profile 121 and hayate and hanako 122 in the BINACJBOCharacter ^_^ https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/226 … 0melee.zip

I would upload it but i don't have the mac sounds.

note: the hayate files are in level0_final, related Characters, sounds and particles and animations all should be removed in addition to these files BINAEINOimpact_effects and ImptOra_Super_Kick

and doesn't have a dependency or Unlock level flag in the mod.cfg .. did you change it ?

Just download the zip file from the mod depot node and it contains all that flags. Not sure about the characters stuff.

I can look at your suggestions once I finish some work.

I am downloading it through the AE installer and the mod.cfg doesn't have any of the flags

AEInstallVersion ->  1.1
NameOfMod -> Old China
ModVersion -> 1.0
Creator -> EdT / Script_10k
HasOnis -> Yes
HasBsl -> Yes
Readme -> The Rise of the Ninjas  \n Uses Level 24 \n This mod requires the Casey, Hanako Golden TCTF and Character Additives packages installed.

about the "character stuff" it's necessary to not overwrite my mod. and was discussed before here: http://oni.bungie.org/community/forum/v … 208#p43208 and as discussed in an email before.
if you can't upload it right now, give me the mac sounds and I will, the one being download for me from the AEinstaller is the older version.

@Alloc what was the change you made to the file attachments ?

I downloaded the package a short while ago and it was version 1.0c, with the flags you mentioned, Samer, such as UnlockLevel.  Definitely not the same as the file you posted above in code tags.


byproducts are fine, but where's the beef?

i just re-deleted it and downloaded it from the AEinstaller sad it's the old version !
Iritscen can you please download it through the AEinstaller and check ? maybe it's a depot - AEinstaller bug ?

Switch your ISP ... no really, I suppose it's again an issue on your end (aka your ISP caching files aggressively and against any rules). Nothing that can be done on our end, especially not if you can't even download the current one through a browser. Sry sad

Annoyed me with how the -get to Mukade- fast thing,since i didnt have any practice before that...

But i dropped my jaw in sheer surprise when i saw Two _head ninjas_ since i DID NOT expect that.
(Ninja's _Sledgehammer heel_ combo is broken because it can go on endlessly if you cancel at the second kick,so beating Mukade was VERY EASY since ive been doing that for years before i got AE. At times i score a no-damage practice on him for sheer lulz. I can do nearly-no damage run on Konoko but playing fair without dat infi combo trick)


Last mission was so epic,though i got fed up and cheated the Shapeshifter cheat to,guess who? Konoko~
(it was the only time i cheated in the entire Old China-mod)


Overall,10/10 seriously.

I get crashed on this level when fighting robots, why? (in maze where robot chase you i runned into dead end, went back where robot was waiting, as soon as he ducked for low kick BAM! smile )

- Assault rifle
- Barabas Jetpack
- Boss battle
- HD screen
- Hexagon
- Junkyard OTA
- Konoko HD armor
- New weapons colection

Hi,

You can jump over the wall to continue the level. It has some ledges (with a different color) that you can jump.

Did you climb the wall or cheat to get there? smile The enemies won't spawn unless you climb the wall properly; anything else will break the scripting.

Shapeshifting (F8) should be okay.  I don't think the scripting can be affected by that, unless s10k says otherwise.

As mentioned you need to jump up the ledges along the wall, once you reach the top ledge jump again and you should pull yourself up the wall, that will lead you to the next area.  Otherwise, you will be alone in the city smile
