Re: New forum discussion

PunBB is silly about that. It will mark them as read after a little while. I was going to change that but I think I forgot. tongue

Re: New forum discussion

Harry,

What about adding Clustrmaps to the forums so we can see where all the visitors are coming from?

Here is what my map looks like:

How about I just add a link to the already established and populated map you are running? wink

AFAIK Clustrmaps generates a map based on the ip-addresses the users use to access this forum. So it would include anyone (without name of course and you can "appear" more than once since most ppl have a dynamic ip on the net). EdT's map only shows the ppl who have set their location in their profiles or told him where they live (but this time the map is with names wink ).
I think this Clustrmap thingie can be quite interesting just to see where all the Oni players come from but it's not really important if it slows down the server or anything.

Re: New forum discussion

Harry: please add a link to the map I made for OCF http://edt.oni2.net/onimap.html  As Alloc states, it only maps the members who have given their location to me.

However, Clustrmaps will map the ip address of all the visitors to a site.  Its easy to add, once you sign up with them, they will give you a snippet of code to add to the page you want monitored.

Alloc: why don't you add a Clustrmaps to oni2.net?

1th: Lazyness wink
2nd: I try to never include any external resources to my sites. I only had bad experiences with such free services. But there's probly a free code I can use wink Next week there'll be more free time and I could have a look wink
