Are you using the IP to connect? If so make sure you (or he) types it in like

connect "xx.xxx.xx.xxx"

Make SURE you include the quotation marks.

If that doesn't work, or if you're already doing that, then you could try the new way to connect that Gumby set up. Send me a PM and I'll explain it to you.

I got it working. Apparently it helped to restart it all.

It's great! Now we just need weapons and other characters working on the client side. tongue

It didn't really here. My mate were switching around the different characters, but they still showed up as Konoko on my screen, while the model changed on his. The moves was also Konoko's no matter which character he selected.

Read the first post. Use the command "bind o to block", then press o.

:$ mm I'm kinda stupid when it comes to this stuff .. i never played a game online so i didn't really understand what i need to do . so just a question is it ready to just play vs other players online or not yet, do the computers have to be connected together in a close proximity ?. and in the first post i have to follow the preparation and then using the server master ? or either of them ?

You can play over the internets! I highly recommend using the master server. I haven't set up a list for players that are currently looking for a game, so for now its easier to organize a game over IM or on the forums.

Recently I changed router (well home too...), and now seems I cannot connect to oni games. Is this a router problem? (I can't access to its definitions unfortunately.)

It's weird because I can play other games with ports between 7000 and 8000... :S

and other with port 27606 which is kind similar to flatline.

Or you could use the Mibbit chat which is where i arranged all my matches, Dirk and Gumby are there all the time
