I wouldn't be surprised to learn I've spent 95% of mine in such a state.

70% of time in summer, 10% of time in winter and 95% of the time when I'm sleeping = ~60%

Only when sleeping, and only on the hottest summer nights.  So, I dunno, probably < 15% of my life.

mm I have to go with 75 % except for school & uni and the occasional going out, I'm very indoorsy and indoors I'm like always barefoot.
except in winter, warmer socks xD our winter is really cold

Lol.  Yeah, I gotta wear shoes at my job, but when I'm not doin' that I'm chillin' indoors barefoot.  And I've only had this job for the past 6 months or so.  Before that I only wore shoes when going to school pretty much, but I also skipped about 3 and a half grades of high school, and spent another 2 and a half grades before that only going to school 2-3 days a week.  I guess maybe I've spent more than 5% of my life shod, but to be fair a lot of that has been flip flops/slides.

I used to go to school barefoot a lot during the last 2 years there and only now people tell me how (in)famous I was for it since I was the only one doing this. Teachers I didn't even know existed still remember me by name and ask my sister what I'm doing now O_o

but they say barefoot is healthier, like try running indoors barefoot or shoes on, u feel les tired barefoot
