civiliance cant fight ?
how come the civil cant fight anymore after i install ae ????
i cant do ota anymore

I don't think that has anything to do with AE.

I thought it was a bug lol..
But I think it caused when you hit a civilian, and then drop a weapon.. sometimes they pick them up, and begins to shoot at you.

Oh, that's funny when that happens. 
I saw it happen once to the very first civilian, I was screwing around respawning him and his striker friend, and suddenly he rolls for a gun and kills the Striker.

civiliance fight back !!!I thought it was a bug lol..

i seem that happen in chapter 9 ,the first floor the woman that doesnt talk to you 
by the way guy......im talking about the civil cant fight anymore not fight back ( im sorry....i wrote the post tile wrong
