Both can be fulfilled to some extent, with latter being much more complex task involving several PAR3D, CMBT, MELE, ONCC, CHAR and BSL editing.

Well, I meant better close combat fighters, but I didn't know the other was really possible.

@Samer, Yeah it is quite complicated, and in alot of cases, it's really easy to just copy/paste the necessary part. But for moves such as my kickup, you have to be careful which move you paste. I used the ninja's super punch and modified it a bit. It would be nice to know what each tag meant exactly, but meh.

Great video by the way, I see a couple characters previewed there Hayate and Typhoon?

yup hayate and typhoon promo their moves will change though.

+ jubei and akane together as AI for the first time .. they're much harder than mukade :S

They all seem nice to me but, as Iritscen remarked, the gloves are pretty unique and a cool addition. Although #2 looks very good too...

mmm ok although i think it makes him too com-guyish btw the gloves is dark blue not black .. i changed it's color from comguy's black glove.
I was personally leaning towards the white one.

When I first made casey i intended to give him an outfit similar to the lose screen .. Oni%25202012-08-09%252015-10-26-88_cr.jpg
but then I also saw geyser's casey which had parts from comguy and my first try ended up looking like a comguy i.e version 1 the 1st blue outfit. In this version i decided to improve it, ended up with the outfit posted above with the lion medallion and vest .. it was brought up in the character mega pack thread that the tctf hd is best to be included because it resembles the lose screen most ..so got me thinking I should make one as close as the lose screen as i can and this is the result

this will be the outfit included in the character megapack and casey's 6th and final outfit.

I got to give credit to Bozzman i used some of the textures he made for the light tctf and cops.

That's a nice 2000th post you got going there, Samer :-) You've gotten quite close to the original. Only thing Casey's missing is his neck brace and arm sling

Model is great, but hate to criticize your textures again, but the B-ED vest doesn't exactly stand out as much as it does on the fail-screen. Needs some slight more gray in it.

Certified actually yeah i noticed after i posted the screenshot that the chest\mid was lighter than the other reflective metallic parts, fixed it ..
Oni%25202012-08-20%252003-26-14-76_cr.jpg but i should say that i went for a darker blue on the cloth part, than in the lose screen, because i've used lighter blue on the medallion vest outfit and on the cop outfit, and should mention that the reflection does help it stand out more in game.

IMO to make it even better you could make the cloth parts brighter and improve textures a little bit

Version 4 Released on 20/08/12 download link and screenshot in first post.

Version 4 change log :
Model:
-Replaced first 'blue' outfit
-Added an outfit resembling the lose screen outfit (I'll call it the 'original' outfit)
-Various Texture improvements for the cop, lion jacket, blackops, and tctf lite outfits (Blackops textures by Bozzman)
-Face texture and head mesh improvements

Animations :
-Changed the heavy Kick to a new one (thanks to Mukade)
-Changed Forward and backward Jump Punch
-Decided to remove the 4th punch since he has a pkk and pkp combos
-Changed the backward kick throw, (felt the previous one was too fury specific)
-All throws work on VDG-stunned enemies
-Fixed Jump heights and run-slide to run transition

Sounds :
-Added heavy kick and heavy punch sounds (by TheCreature)
