SUPER is a magical converter if you have Windows. It is extremely underrated, and has IDK how many codecs so it may be the solution!

]]>FPS means Frames per Second and it says how many frames (different images) will be showed per second to you, kind of like how fast the video will play, giving the illusion of movement.
I'm not sure about movies, but I know it is not like in games. Wikipedia says something similar to 25 FPS will work, but I'm not sure...
