Re-installing the mod fixed the error

Hanako and Hayate look really good. The detail texture work is really awesome.

Guys the package has been updated today 4/10/2012 the update is necessary to resolve an issue if Hanako is spawned as an AI
if you don't apply the update when she's spawned as AI the model will be full of gaps and looks horrible

I set up a fight between Hanako and Motoko, using the updated MeleeID 122 for Hanako. Same health level for both. Hanako loses each fight. However, when I had Hanako's MeleeID as 22, she would beat Motoko each time.
It could be I'm doing something wrong, I added your BINACJBOMelee Profile to my city level, so that shouldn't be an issue.

mmm interesting .. do you have any other mods that might be affecting the melee profiles ? maybe they're affecting it somehow if they're put in level0_Final though they shouldn't if you localized it in the level you're using ... (brutal AI, brutal konoko, smart barabas, boss level all contain melee profiles)
to make sure she's using the right profile .. activate developer mode and then press ctrl + alt + b .. it should show the techniques being used, keep an eye for what hanako is using .. it should say something like dragon claw, trick kick, cyclone kick etc (these are some of what i named the techniques) ... and that the melee profile is called hayate.
But konoko's melee has more blocking chance than i gave hayate\hanako but i gave them more dodging, don't know if this will have a big effect.
btw i re-updated the pack there was a bug with one of the escape moves.
