I got a new computer and suddenly I have no free time because I have to rewire the office, move terabytes of data all around, and other "fun" stuff. Still working on Oni stuff, though.

I graduated from university ... but we have to take an official exam (for all universities, kinda like the NAPLEX) on the 17th of this month, before i can become an official pharmacist. So basically studying all day and reviewing 5 years worth of material not a summer vacation at all ... hopefully after that I'll have time to mod again.

It's a good argument for carrying a piece, I'll tell you that. What sucks is that it makes people jumpy even in other parts of the country. Policemen around here looked extra suspicious yesterday. And the roof of a local mall fell in during a rainstorm, and when people heard it, they thought it was gunfire and started panicking and running around. But it was just several inches of water.

Goddamned I was trying to watch news on this yesterday before I went to work, but my mom kept wanting to watch some damned rerun of Дикари or whatever movie she was thinking of.

Some people in this world can be very insensitive. Mix that with an almost family-wide spite of America over the fall of the Soviet Union and you get that.

Anyone across the pond heard of or met anyone that insensitive?
