It crashs after the full loading bar? Sounds like corrupt data files. Can you upload your startup.txt and debugger.txt? Both files are in your Oni folder.

The debugger.txt is okay. The startup.txt says that you use the daodan.dll. Unfortunately only geyser and Neo can handle problems with that.
What error occured before you've intalled the daodan.dll? The same?
Do you have a legal copy of Oni? (Some pirate copies are corrupt and tend to crash, IIRC.)
Which language version of Oni do you use? (I doubt that this is the reason for the crash.)
Does the error occur on every save point?
Have you altered the script files?

Is it the original oni cd or a burned copy?
You can also try to run the demo on your comp. If it runs, you know that your copy ist corrupt.

That's so odd.
Maybe your graphics card drivers are too new?
Can you post the startup.txt and the debugger.txt of the demo?
P.S.: The Oni Wiki offers some tips too.

@ kotaro860: We'll have a look at the stackdump in your startup.txt ASAP. Thanks for providing it.
