-Beats me, all the game has is brutal melee combat and furious gunplay. -I dont like the sound of that.....

Interesting, no I haven't.  Not the most compelling trailer in the world, but I guess if I was new to Oni, I'd be impressed by the gameplay footage.

Actually that's the atmospheric proccession center exterior, after you've jumped of the second electric beam to the platform where there's a console and a hoplite striker you go down below it and you'll face a red tanker carrying a hypo.

thanks script_10 !! maybe u can script something for him ? i know u're good with bsl unlike me, i want to make a battle against him in the new arena level, where he duplicates himself ( similar to gumby's mukade clones script)

oxe oxe how about making few videos using the various custom characters in different settings (arena, rooftops, maze, junkyard) .. jester, hayate, shinatamabot  against each other or against other characters. My internet sucks so any videos i make of them i always have to sacrifice the quality

Oni New Parkouring Rooftops Invention.

A small invention by Tarik.
It probably saves like 10 seconds if your doing a speedrun.
By the way i practiced it with a Script, the Script is made by Geyser.

Nah, parkour is too cool to be called cheating - the scripts should actually be modified to reward or acknowledge such achievements somehow.
To me, it looks like a very impressive jump, and a nice elaboration on stuff by myself: the Zipline Bypass and the "Storming the rooftops" thing.

No, actually, the trick would work fine with the original scripts. The custom script merely makes it easier to start over, by overriding the "deathfall" and "you_lose" functions. If the player dies from a fall, of enters one of the "pits" (trigger volumes), the script restores the health and teleports the player back to where the parkour sequence starts. We see that this reset does not occur in Tarik's video, and that means that neither "you_lose" nor "deathfall" were triggered. So, with the normal level logic the trick would work too - it would just suck a lot if you fell to your death and were sent all the way back to Save Point 2.

Heya again fellows! Darn has it been so long since I last was here hasn't it? I'm sure none even noticed.

Anyway:
I was contacted on youtube on my oni videos, a guy wanted to make a compilation of combos in a single vid, this time adding pieces from other users combo videos. That got me all cheered up that he wanted to use mine, so I went away and created this to add to my fighting gallery:

I found out that in DEV mode in oni, you press numpad enter key, the camera gets locked in place. Immidietly played around with that. ^^
