Final Fantasy 14 Miqo'te character looks like Konoko to me
maybe it's the shades...
Anyway I came across the image on the right and couldn't help but notice what I believe to be a striking resemblance to Konoko.
The shades in question are, I believe, the Garlond Goggles, an item given to those who pre-order the game, which increase the speed of skill progression.
Although they look a bit different in this image:

Welcome, jafurcha. Sure, there's some similarity there, I'll give you that. They both have ears in their hair too
