Save problems

I'm not sure whats wrong with the game, but it wont save any new save points after airport cargo hangers 3. Every savepoint has worked throughout the game except cargo hangers, it will save 1, and 3. But none after that. So basically if i get past that checkpoint and on to another level it won't save anything. savepoint 2 is also missing. please help

So...what happens if you beat cargo hangers?

I may have a solution...I have to check the wiki though..

Ah, the problem is just easy. After the save point 1 in Airport Cargo Hangar, when you meet Muro in the cutscene, you'll have two ways to continue the game. If you go to the stairs and active 3 consoles in there, you'll reach to the save point 2. If you go to the left and go to the gas vault (where you meet the mad bomber), you'll reach to the save point 3.

The first way is longer but safer. The second way is shorter but more dangerous and you can't get many hypos or ammo. The choose is your.

I think the chapter 5 is just easy. You can pass it to go to the chapter 6 without loading the previous save points (but I never heard about the game didn't save your save points, that's strange)

If all else fails type "save_game 1" or "save_game 2", etc. in the dev console, depending on what point you want saved...

Or you can try downloading a new persist.dat... It might help I dunno. But usually the only persist.dats hosted are finished ones which lets you use cheat codes.

My only guess: It can be a problem if Persist.dat is read-only.

thanks to all the persist dat was screwed up so i downloaded a new one and it works fine. thanks again!
