EdT i'm trying to do some texturing for motoko, i started with the head, but i'm having trouble with how the texture is getting wrapped on the mesh ... which face mesh did u use for her ? and did u add more polygons to the face ? if so do u have the face mesh without these additional polygons it will make texturing easier and after fitting the texture i'll manually add more polygons to the face.

in particular i mean the one with modified hair but not the additional polygon modified face

Sorry, I don't have a head mesh for Motoko that has the new hair and old face. I suppose I could take Konoko's face and replace Motoko's face.

i was actually thinking the same thing i was just isolating konoko's hd face and motoko's current hair and then merging them, it needs some work but i think that would give us the best result

ooooh, much better. The only thing I have a problem with is the eyebrows. In yours, they follow the eyes, in the pic, they go in a shallow curve upwards.

i knew u were going to say that but here's why :
once i used konoko's hd face ... in the face mesh there's like a specific place for everything, the lips the eyes and the eyebrows if i move them the textures look stretched and blurred etc ..
if u look at the pic i have to fit the eyebrows in these red lines, even if i draw it as a shallow curve the mesh would make it look more curved.

Hmm, well, I guess you'd know more than me. I don't suppose you could move those polygons into the shape of her eyebrow, and then texture it? Either way, they're still quite thick, I'd suggest slimming them down some.

For moves, just watch some episodes of Ghost in the Shell.

BTW, please don't make her jump lower than what is now

@ lukas the same clothes EdT made just some enhancements here and there to make it look more like the model
(some refinements and color change to the boots)
i'm not going to change the jumps height i did however change the gravity of it, made it less floaty and faster.

and if time permits i think she deserves a second outfit as well.
like this one (the original one)

for moves i've been thinking same thing what better inspiration for motoko moves then motoko herself, i was also thinking the same for sounds, maybe for taunts and hurt sounds we can use phrases from episodes, problem is however i never heard of ghost in shell or motoko till i read it on ONI's cd and saw motoko on this forum, so i don't know much abt her .. does she have a signature move ? that maybe mukade can replicate in xsi ?
and any catch phrase she had to use as taunt instead of the furies taunts ?
where can i see episodes of GIS ?

You can also find pictures online of an excellent Motoko figure wearing her second season outfit from different angles, as a reference. The picture of the figure you posted above is first season, but the second picture is second season Motoko.

If you watch it, one thing you will notice is that she actually does jump a lot high.

i'm not really going to watch the full episodes would take me forever on my interent ... i just want to see if there are any sounds suitable for taunts and for the moves i think mukade would do a better job than me.

@ oxe what does atl mean .. ?

I'd personally suggest the taunt in the very first episode of the first season. Or maybe it is a bit long.
