I've been playing as Kojiro 1.0 to see if I had any new ideas. The only thing I could think of was:
- Maybe make him a bit more ninja, giving him a shadow dash and maybe a higher jump?
mmm i don't really see him as ninja ... much .. even though the original idea of the character was a comguy with ninja trac, but i see him as a mix of all syndicate forces ... if i give him shadow dash he'll be too much like jubei, don't know if u ever played like him the bgi_ninaj that is, i see jubei as comgy meets ninja while kojiro as a mix of syndicate ... about the jump he already has same jump height as the ninjas and more than konoko (i'll recheck though)
i was going to actually remove the ninja low kick, (Crouch + kick ) cause it's already been used for jubei and akane and shinatamabot and jester and replace it with either tanker's or striker's low kick ... do u think i should keep it ?

BTW, I don't know the guy in his avatar, but there is a guy from Megaman, called Gate, who's got a golden armor too, and he's also got a pretty cool lab coat XD
However, keep in mind that Megaman body proportions are kinda unreal.

i decided to go with Striker's low kick and low punch but with modified effect .. cz i'm going to use the tanker one for the bgi agents. and that way i include striker moves in there too.

here's the problem i used to swap the channels in photoshop and then use xml to convert the textures. (convert xml to oni)
in demos's gui there's an option to convert the images to TXMP and to select the Envmap from the gui (convert tga to oni directly) ... supposedly the onisplit automatically swaps the channels, i used this method this time & they showed up correctly in the game for me, don't know why they are showing like that for you !
i'll use the old xml method again and i'll check paradox's theory ...

u should have seen when the old hayate with the face tattoo got that blue by mistake he really looked like a Na'Vi
also what version of onisplit do u all have ?

I want someone using Onisplit 0.9.56 to test it .. i think the old onisplits couldn't read the texture right so we needed to swap the channels, but the new onisplit reads them correctly without the need to swap, that's why i'm getting different result from you.
EDIT : Guys i don't think the problem is on my end ... old onisplits read textures as ARGB888 new Onisplit reads it as RGBA ... if it was a red blue channel swap problem u would have gotten him in different colors not red and black but blue and black like this :
ur problem also includes the alpha channel same as some Mac users got before ... so PLEASE UPDATE UR ONISPLIT TO 0.9.56, reinstall and then tell me the result.
and i'm also on windows and it's working for me :\ the only difference is the onisplit version i think.
to know ur version of onisplit right click on onisplit.exe -> properties -> details -> file version

I see.. That's the difference, OniSplit v56 changed the format name in XML:
BGRA4444 = 0
BGR555 = 1
BGRA5551 = 2
RGBA = 7 (Not ARGB8888 anymore)
BGR = 8
DXT1 = 9
So i started using RGBA - however I still dont know why a few of my textures came out with "little endian data" as paradox pointed out (and then fixed for me)

yeah this time i did use RGBA and it worked for me but it's not working for the others :\
i think they need to update their onisplit .. because the problem isn't on my end ... the current textures in the package are using RGBA ..
