Alt ending

Just imagine if say, At the end instead of that film with everyone dead they put shinitama saying, "Beta training sequence 6 complete you are now ready for feild missions" and you reappear inside the tctf training facility that would be funny and real sad.

I've wished that we could allow the player to return to the training room and complete more complex challenges (beta 7, etc.).  Maybe some day.

well there is the hexagon level but thats just big and blocky but ya more intense training would be awsome and quite fun maybe u could have more karens die since that is a great part of oni, when karen dies.

We can make levels, they just don't have any pathfinding grids to help the AI get around.  I think Neo is working on it, so one day it will probably be possible.

Bah, the old maps are bugged as well. For example While playing Atmospheric exterior , just at the end of the level when you can meet the red tanker there is a nifty trick. Go to the passage that leads down to the seciurity guard and there should be a small ledge there, stand on it and Bingo! No one seems to see you.

Hmm, can you post a screenshot of that location to help jog my memory?  I can definitely say that there are pathfinding bugs in the maps -- the one that people always notice is in Ch. 3 when a Comm Trooper runs for an alarm; he often gets stuck on a doorway, allowing you to run up and pummel him.  This is due to a poorly-placed grid.  But I have never seen visibility bugs in a map, so I am quite curious about this situation you describe.

he did notice me actually but he wouldnt walk along the side to get to me he just waited for me on the ramp.

Yep, that section of the map is missing a path-finding grid (see attached pic, Konoko's location should be showing a grid like the AI's).  It's the same thing that's wrong with all of Hexagon, our "new" Oni level where the AI can't run around after you.  They do see you, but they don't know how to get to you.  If I get close enough to him, he will attack me and enter the gridless area, at which point he can follow me well.  But, just as nature abhors a vacuum, AI2 abhors a lack of path-finding grid, so they won't enter such a region willingly.

By the way, what's up with the sword on your back there?
